Newton Regis Village Hall is pleased to host a wide range of wedding receptions and celebrations. The main hall provides an open and airy space with patio doors opening out to give a lovely view of the village cricket pitch.

We also offer a range of other rooms, large car park, flexible kitchen space and fully licensed bar, meaning your wedding will be well supported. In addition, our special weddings package allows you to book all rooms for your special day under one simple charge. We offer a three day package including access for set-up from 3:30 pm on Friday; all rooms, all day on Saturday*, incorporating a licensed bar during the event, and access for clear-down on Sunday by agreement. Please see below for wedding package costs. A returnable bond of £100 is also payable.

Planning your day

When you make a wedding celebration enquiry, we will work closely with you to plan the elements of your special day. Our aim is to give you as much control as possible, so we are happy for you to bring in caterers for example. We do have certain restrictions in place around decorating so please talk to us before you make any unbreakable plans.

The site has good car parking and there are break-out rooms available should you need them. Our premises is fully licensed with a well-stocked bar and we also provide other alcohol required such as table or toasting wines.

You’ll need to check with us if you want to bring any equipment into the building, though we try to be as accommodating as possible, and we will always do our best to ensure that your reception is everything you hoped for.
